Concierge & PCP On-Demand Services
Geiss MED offers ADDITIONAL or ADD-ON Services to it’s patients or clients who find they may need just a little extra help or care. These are considered our “Enhanced Access” Packages, which will include Direct Access to one our Top Tier Physicians and Nurse Practitioners 24-7. This will include additional comprehensive and personal planning around your home and quality of life.
And this will include same day and next appointments both in person and via Telemedicine when and where you need them.
The process is simple:
We still accept your Medicare or other Insurance and bill for all routine Medical Care Exams and Procedures.
We charge an ADDITIONAL monthly fee which you may cancel at anytime.
Our Geiss MED Care Manager or New Patient Coordinator will send you the required paperwork in a simple and easy fashion.
For those that do not require Concierge but would still like PEACE OF MIND to have the Enhanced Access Package with Geiss MED for a select needed times throughout the year, we recommend, the PCP On-Demand Service.
This is very similar to the Concierge Service but a reduced monthly ADD-ON fee. Which guarantees more RAPID Access and Same Day visits but not Unlimited.
Summary Pricing:
Concierge Service ADD-ON: $500/mo + Active Health Insurance
On-Demand Service ADD-ON: $150/mo + Active Health Insurance
